Chana Abrams of Channing Law International Limited is pleased to announce that it has advised Impala on the Engineering Procurement and Construction Contract (EPC) and sales operations and maintenance agreements (SOM) in respect of a 12,800 standard cubic meter per hour capacity plant in Umutu, Delta State Nigeria.

The project is designed to capture flared natural gas and make use of it for commercial and industrial clients to displace their diesel consumption. Impala is owned by A.P. Møller Capital and Pegasus Capital Advisors, L.P.
