Channing Law is pleased to announce that it has advised on the purchase from OVH Energy BV (a joint venture between Vitol and Helios) of its 100% shareholding in OVH Energy Marketing Limited and ASPM Limited (collectively “OVH Energy“). OVH Energy has been acquired by NNPC Ltd (“NNPC“), effectively making NNPC the largest downstream energy company in Africa. Channing Law acted as International Counsel in respect of the Share Purchase Agreement and ancillary agreements.
